About Emma Martin
Hey there, I’m Emma Martin! I’m one of the writers here, and I’ve been hiking since I could tie my own boots. Growing up surrounded by mountains, I fell in love early with both the challenge of a great trail and the magic of discovering new plants and wildlife. I’ve studied environmental science and led group hikes for years, and my biggest passion is helping people understand the ‘why’ behind Leave No Trace and good trail habits. My goal is to make exploring the outdoors fun and safe for everybody, while also showing how every hike can help us protect these wild places for the future. Can’t wait to help guide your next adventure!
